UNDERACTIVE THYROID / HYPOTHYROIDISM

    What is your ultimate take on just using a thyroid drug? I know that specific diets work well but they don’t completely get rid of hypothyroidism, do they? I have been reluctant to use drugs to treat my thyroid issues so any more info you can give is appreciated.
